Our Story

Silver Oaks Hospitality Academy (SOHA) was founded as an extension of Silver Oaks Hospitality Solutions with the objective to improve individual’s performance and efficiency through job-specific training.

The truth, Hotel Owners and Hotel Managers are often unhappy about their team performance – wanting more multitasking, more efficiency, feeling that their staff is not engaged enough, not caring, not taking initiative, not fixing things.

Staff members, on the other end, are often feeling overwhelmed, pressured, not valued enough, undermined, lacking guidance and directions.

So, we have developed solutions to bridge that gap. We brought together decades of academic training, experience, tryout, failures and success into several condensed programs that combine academics with practical tools used by Hotels every day.
