How the course is delivered:

The CPD program refers to a process of training and developing professional knowledge and skills through independent, participation-based or interactive learning geared to improve the participant capabilities with the help of mentors.

The program is designed as a distant learning program with a mix of academic’s – online courses, experience sharing, real life case discussions, relevant lectures and spot-on coaching and mentoring.

The program is provided over the course of 12 weeks followed by 9 months of continued coaching and mentoring to provide the most efficient results and application in the work environment.
